The United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) is a federally chartered, non-profit youth educational organization for young men and women ages 13-18 interested in developing their skills in leadership and seamanship; creating a sense of pride in our nation and themselves; developing strong moral character and good citizenship traits; and, gaining an appreciation of the military service, particularly the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, and Merchant Marines.
As a Cadet, you will be challenged mentally and physically, while at the same time, developing the tools you need to be successful. Our cadets are committed to being drug-, alcohol-, and gang-free.
The mission of USNSCC is to expose Cadets to the full rigors of a military training program. USNSCC works to prepare its Cadets for whatever path they may choose after high school, whether in military or civilian life. There is no obligation for Cadets to enlist in military service.
Lake Agassiz Division is headquartered in Grand Forks, ND.
